At PreSonus, we are committed to your creative success and offer a 30-day return window for all hardware and accessories to ensure you have the right tools for your sound. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included documentation and components to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Log in to your MyPreSonus account, navigate to your order history, and select 'Request Return' to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original factory packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and software registration cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
